Orders are generally shipped via Fedex for 2-3 day delivery on continental US.
Additional shipping cost may apply to other destinations.
Return and refund
We do not accept reagent returns. However, if there is a problem, please contact us immediately.
If the problem is quality related, we will either replace the product or refund the original payment.
Instrument can be returned within 30 days after delivery.
The returned instrument must be undamaged, with all original documents and all original packaging materials.
We do not accept damaged instrument.
